Main Functions:

1. Stimulate your Immune System

Human studies have found that echinacea taken orally stimulates the function of a variety of immune cells, particularly natural killer cells. Taking it appears to speed recovery from the common cold, especially if taken at the first signs of an illness.

Echinacea has long been used for colds and flu. Many scientific studies show that taking some echinacea products when cold symptoms are first noticed can modestly reduce symptoms of the common cold.
